11 East Pleasant is an all-inclusive, pet friendly, apartment community located in the heart of Downtown Amherst, MA, with easy access to public transportation. There are 11 affordable apartments available for occupancy in studio, one and two bedroom floor plans. All affordable apartments will be rented to households with incomes at or below 60 or 80% of the area median income as determined by local and state officials.
